I’ve had a few days off from running. My left shin was giving me jip, as I’ve said, and after a disastrous run last week both my shins were a bit sore.
Today, after four day’s of rest, I hit the treadmill walking fast for 5 mins before a slow jog for 10 minutes. My shins felt fine during and now (one hour later) still seem OK My fingers are tightly crossed for tomorrow morning as that’s when it might start to hurt. if not I’ll gradually be increasing my runs again to try and avoid any more problems.
