There has definitely been an increase in the number of people starting running over the past few months, so especially for them (or you) I’ve put together 5 Tips for Beginner Runners.
Running really is a simple activity. It’s hard, yes, but it’s simple and there really is no need to over-complicate it by thinking about pace or nutrition or fancy kit early on. Just try to have fun.
